Who to contact?

Please use the Return of Materials Authorization Form (RMA) available for download on the RMA Request link located on the footer. This document can be sent by email via the contact page (under the "Returns" dropmenu) on our website, or can be faxed or emailed to you from our office. This document must be filled in with as much information as possible, to enable us to administer the product(s) when they are received at our goods-in department. Any goods received without the documentation will not be processed. Goods must be returned in their original boxes, complete with instructions etc, and undamaged. A minimum handling charge of 20% will be made for all goods returned for credit and all will be subject to our discretion.

What is the procedure for After Sales Service return?

CDVI will supply you a Return of Materials Authorization (RMA) number by email, for you to attach to the outer packaging of your return. Please quote this RMA number when contacting CDVI UK LTD in respect to this return. All requests to return products will be processed within 2 working days of this email submission. On approved return of the item(s) we commit to start processing the return normally within 10 working days. If equipment is beyond economical repair or is not covered by our warranty then you will be contacted directly from the details you supply here to discuss matters further. If you are returning goods on account that are simply no longer required then a handling charge will apply.
